She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork-NCTMB and Virginia State Certifed in Swedish and NeuroMuscular Therapy with knowledge in Muscle Energy Techniques-MET, Myofascial Release Techniques-MFR, and Hot Stone Massage.
